Dotton Business Units
There are six converted farm units varying in size from 1100 to 16600 sq. ft and classified as B1 Business Units. Access to all units is good with all main services (except gas) available.
Leasing arrangements are flexible depending on tenants needs. Generally these are on a full repairing and insuring basis with terms varying between 3 and 10 years.
Directions to the site
Leaving the M5 at junction 30 take the A3052 Sidmouth Road. At Newton Poppleford take the B3176 signposted to Budleigh Salterton. Just before you enter the village of Colaton Raleigh turn left into Dotton Lane. The Dotton Business Units are approximately 3/4 miles along this road on the right hand side clearly signposted.
