The Company's current portfolio is mixed office and retail with high quality tenants in Taunton, Tiverton, Exeter and Plymouth and the wider South West.

The objective of CCH is to continue to build the portfolio of commercial property in England and, in particular the South West, by acquiring properties that add value to the local economy and local communities.

The CCH team works in partnership with the organisations and companies who occupy our property, delivering a professional service based on 500 years of property management experience, strong ethics and values and a forward thinking approach.
