Liverton 2

In the 1990s Clinton Devon Estates began work on developing a business park on the outskirts of Exmouth. Since then Liverton Business Park has become a vibrant retail and business hub for the seaside town, with big names such as B&Q, Halfords, McDonalds and Digita, choosing to locate there. Twenty years later, in response to Exmouth’s need for more employment space in the town, Clinton Devon Estates was awarded planning consent to develop a five hectare site adjacent to the existing Business Park for businesses in the light industry, storage and distribution sector. Liverton 2 is seen as an important strategic site for the regeneration of Exmouth Town Centre.

We are investing up to £20million in developing Liverton 2 to enable the future economic growth of Exmouth and the wider East Devon.  The decision to press ahead with the development, despite the difficult economic climate, is part of  long term strategy to build a better future for the people of Devon. The first business to move into Liverton 2 in March 2013, was Bradfords Building Supplies, who described the site as a “first rate location” for their first Exmouth branch.

Full details of the site layout, location and approximate unit sizes can be found in the site brochure, available from Harrison-Lavers and Potburys or online at  Interested tenants should contact Malcolm Williams on 01395 516633 or by emailing [email protected]
