Clinton Devon Farms Partnership require an experienced Herds Manager for a herd of 750 all year round calving organic Holsteins. This herd is part of a 3,000ac in hand farm in East Devon next to the coast on sandy soils. The ideal person will be a team player, who is able to lead a team and take full responsibility for the operation.

We are certified by the organic farmers and growers and knowledge of organics would be an advantage but not essential. All young stock are reared on the farm.
