Duchy College Prize Day 2014

It was a great privilege to be invited to make a speech at the annual Duchy College Prize Day 2014. I discussed my career, my motivation and the concept of ‘life-long learning’ with an audience of talented college students, who will now go on to develop their own careers.

Duchy College Prize Day 2014

Life-long learning is a concept that has stayed constant throughout my 30 year career and I hope some of the students will take it with them on their forthcoming journeys.

The event is a great celebration of the teaching at Duchy College, and of individual achievements made by pupils throughout their education.

You can read the full speech here or visit the Duchy College website for more details of the event.
